Gerolamo Scorza S.p.A. has received a commemorative plaque from Confindustria Genova to mark its 80 years of membership in the association.
The award was accepted by Alfredo De Flora and Umberto Bisagno, who represented the company during the official ceremony.
Founded in 1898 and now part of the Genova Industrie Navali S.p.A. group, Gerolamo Scorza is a historic name in Genoese naval outfitting, capable over time of blending manufacturing tradition with continuous technological evolution. The plaque testifies to the solidity, continuity, and role the company has played in the city’s industrial fabric for over a century.
The display of the historic membership registration, dated 20th June 1945, represents a further symbol of Gerolamo Scorza's commitment to Genoese industry and its history. With this recognition, the company renews its mission: to continue on the path of growth, innovation, and quality that has characterised it for more than 120 years.
